'H' BPV & VR Wellhead Lubricators

GBI manual lubricator is used to safely install and remove type ‘H’ BPV and TWCV for Oil & Gas wellhead operations such as BOB removal and installation or repairs to the production tree. 

The manual lubricator also works for wellhead side operations to install a Valve Removal VR Plug to isolate well pressure.  

GBI's manual lubricator produces differential/equalizing wellhead pressure to facilitate polished rod movement. The GBI lubricator design consists of a yoke and manifold body, polished rod, packing seals, and needle valves for pressure control. Hammer unions and flanged connections attach lubricators to trees and wellheads.
